Hi I have over come being overweight. I have lost over 40 pounds and became fit. It was a long journey through which I have learned what works best and essentially what does not. My goal is to help others achieve what I have achieved and to educate about the various diets, diet tips and essentially how and what someone can do to achieve their weight loss goals. The goal should be to lose the weight and keep it off, vs losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time and have a good chance of putting it back on.
